Another Man magazine is another magazine that fits under very similar target audiences to mine. My Both of the magazines are aimed mainly towards the male gender. They both also aim towards the younger audiences. My magazine does this in a way by providing only fashion products that are local to the area and mainly very creative and fun. Due to this, it doesn't really aim towards the younger or older audience due to them not caring as much about being cool and in with the latest trends. Another Man magazine also uses very modern and young icons in order to appeal the readers in and want to buy it. They are very successful due to their use of staying relevant with the latest celebrities and doing work with them. They are also very active on social media which helps them show off their product and get many viewers from the combination of both of these techniques. I would utilize these techniques in order to also get more exposure. Having a social media account helps to lure viewers to your product much easier and more accessible. Also, eventually getting celebrities to be on the cover would help market the magazine easily and draw in more readers than ever before.

This magazine, Teen People, is another magazine that would feature a similar target audience to my own magazine. This magazine features that similar to People Magazine, but is targeted more towards teens. This magazine has many different themes usually featuring a variety of lifestyle ideas and celebrities. This magazine, Teen Vogue, has a very similar target audience to mine. This is due to the fact that both are fashion magazines. Not only this, but they also are both aimed more towards teens rather than kids or adults. This is due to the new fashion trends and styles that are shown off inside the magazine. The way that Teen Vogue made themselves successful is by having lots of diversity, marketing, and being flexible. They used and supported the LGBTQ community throughout there magazine which showed there diversity and equality towards a variety of differences. They have a very large social media following because they are always up to date on trends and feature the hottest new teens in order to keep the audience interested. They also are very flexible in the sense of listening to their reviews. Distribution Research

The traditional distribution model for a magazine has to follow the three party equation. You need the producers, the wholesaler, and the retailer. The model shows how these three different parties need to work together in order to distribute the magazine to the best ability. The producer is the person who makes the products (magazine in my case). The wholesaler is the person who gets the product from the factory and will distribute them to different stores in order to sell the product. The retailer is the salespersons who work at the stores in which the products are sold. If any one of these people mess up the process, it messes up everything.
