Another distribution method that can be used for magazines is with the platform called Magzter. This site utilizes their large audience in a way that can benefit both the magazine seller and the platform itself. This platform is very different from the other methods mentioned, because rather than making an app at the end of the process, you just simply post it onto Magzter's platform. This method inst useful at all to actually make your magazine with or do any kind of editing, but does benefit in the actual sense of distribution. The way it works is by submitting your magazine to the platform, and then they will present the magazine to their  many followers and users. They also have an app, in which your magazine can be found on if you want to publish it, so  that you can get lots of exposure. This may all sound amazing, but there is a catch, and it's that you have to give a percentage of profits you make on their platform to the platform itself for the exposure that they are providing you with. This platform does seem like something I would utilize because it would be very beneficial in a sense of getting exposure if I pursued to take it that far. Another factor would be getting the funds to risk giving up portions of the money you make. If  I could get the funds, I would definitely utilize it, because it would draw a large audience to the magazine and give the magazine lots of exposure to their many viewers. This could potentially pay off and be very profitable in the long run if  it was used correctly.

This magazine, Teen Vogue, has a very similar target audience to mine. This is due to the fact that both are fashion magazines. Not only this, but they also are both aimed more towards teens rather than kids or adults. This is due to the new fashion trends and styles that are shown off inside the magazine. The way that Teen Vogue made themselves successful is by having lots of diversity, marketing, and being flexible. They used and supported the LGBTQ community throughout there magazine which showed there diversity and equality towards a variety of differences. They have a very large social media following because they are always up to date on trends and feature the hottest new teens in order to keep the audience interested. They also are very flexible in the sense of listening to their reviews. The traditional distribution model for a magazine has to follow the three party equation. You need the producers, the wholesaler, and the retailer. The model shows how these three different parties need to work together in order to distribute the magazine to the best ability. The producer is the person who makes the products (magazine in my case). The wholesaler is the person who gets the product from the factory and will distribute them to different stores in order to sell the product. The retailer is the salespersons who work at the stores in which the products are sold. If any one of these people mess up the process, it messes up everything. On the other hand, their can be modifications done correctly that will let this work such as the producer selling directly to the retailers.
